Tim, who coaches many of the group running fitness sessions, is a qualified personal trainer, running coach and has 12 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. A former member of Wimborne Athletics Club Tim is an experienced racing on track, country and road, run 18 marathons including the 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 weeks, 2 ultramarathons and completed several Triathlons including the New Forest IronMan.
Nick, who coaches running specific yoga has been passionate about yoga for some years after initially being drawn to it because of the physical benefits to build strength, balance, flexibility and posture. In 2017 he completed his 200 hour teacher training in India and thrives on working with individuals and groups, whether it be for exercise and fitness, rehabilitation, relaxation or just maintaining a calm and peaceful mind.
