All coaches are qualified leaders in running fitness and have trained with Go the Distance to help you with your running technique whilst having fun in our sessions.
Our group sessions are for all abilities. No matter what injuries you've had, what your running experience is, these sessions are designed to be all inclusive. Started in Poole, we are aiming to deliver sessions all around the south and get people running together!
