Runoga is a running specific yoga based fitness class, designed by runners for runners to prevent injuries and condition your running muscles. Free your body up to run efficiently, loosening the hamstrings, glutes and lower back muscles to unlock your running potential.
Sessions can be combined with Go the Distance Running group run sessions to give you a full running workout developing speed endurance, technique, strength and mobility. Each Runoga session is preceded by a group running fitness session in the same location. These can be booked individually or you can do both classes back to back for a balanced training session.
